Your access to and use of WordPolish services ("WordPolish") is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with the WordPolish Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use these services. These Terms apply to all visitors and users alike, and are divided into two parts:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Services.
 

  • Minimum of 50% payment is to be made BEFORE service begins, unless client has been awarded a 100% discount on services, or an alternative payment arrangement has been mutually agreed on.

  • WordPolish WILL NOT accept any work that embodies or touches on any of the following:​

    • Hate speeches/crime

    • Pro-terrorism

    • Pro-racism/discrimination

    • Erotica or explicit sexual (or any form of offensive] content

    • Horror/Gore

    • Fetishism

    • Witchcraft/Sorcery

 

As such, WordPolish reserves the right to decline requests as is deemed fit.

 

  • If a project contract is signed, both parties (WordPolish and Client) are obligated to fulfill the contract terms. Either party has the right to terminate contract, but must give notice to the other party in advance. See contract terms for more details.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for WordPolish. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

WordPolish is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new services, or changes to this privacy policy.

 
Your Access to and Control Over Information 
You may opt out of any future contacts from me at any time. You can contact me at any time regarding the following:


   • See what data I have about you, if any
   • Change/correct any data I have about you
   • Have us delete any data I have about you

Orders
We request information from you on our order forms. To complete an order from us, we will ask you to provide your contact information (like name and email address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
